Instructions for submitting your paper

Instructions

Use only IEEE standard two-column conference paper template. Please refer to the IEEE template from here for the preparation of your paper.
All papers must be submitted online via CMT submission portal.
The maximum length of the paper for review is 6 pages, including references.
The maximum File Size allowed is 10 MB in PDF format without encryption and/or passwords.
All submissions will be thoroughly single-blind reviewed by experts based on originality, significance, and clarity.
Only papers presenting original content with novel research results or successful innovative applications will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings.
Papers having poor quality and/or high similarity index will be desk rejected (without review).

Important:

Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft, and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Procedure for Uploading Papers

Go to the paper submission CMT website https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/NetACT2025/
You will see a dialog box below with the NETACT 2025 emblem on the page. If you are new to the CMT, click "Register" at the bottom of the dialog box.

Once registration is complete, log in again to CMT using your credentials.
In the Author console appearing, click 'Create new submission'
Enter the "Title," "Abstract" (not exceeding 2000 characters), "Authors," and enter email ID and details of all the co-authors (Name, Designation, Institute, and the Country to which your institute is affiliated, etc.)
Select the primary subject area under which you need to submit your manuscript.
Upload your manuscript by clicking "UPLOAD" button

REGISTRATION

At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register for the conference for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings and published through IEEE Xplore. Registration fee covers conference proceedings, conference kit, coffee breaks, working lunch, and banquet dinner. Full registration includes the registration of one paper. Additional papers for a single registration come with an additional fee. Only those papers presented at the conference will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for publication.

Maximum page limit of a paper is 6 pages in 2 column IEEE Conference paper format. The papers exceeding 6 pages (a maximum of 8 pages) should pay extra page charge of Rs.1000/- (Indian authors) or 20 USD (Foreign authors).
